Halloween is coming up, and it’s a perfect time to learn about the science behind making candy.  What kinds of candies do people eat around the world?  Learn what makes candy coatings so shiny…you will be surprised!  Of course, the star ingredient of candy is sugar…what happens to it when you heat it to different temperatures?

Don’t forget the slime.  In the spirit of the season, we will explore all the sticky and goopy science that goes into what makes things slippery and slimy.

Camp runs October 26th. Drop-off for camps are from 8:00-8:20 (drop off) to 3:30-4:00 (pick-up).
