Living things need water to survive, but how do plants get their water? It turns out plants have a unique system for absorbing and transporting it. There is a simple experiment you can do at home to show how water transports through a plant’s system and how much time it takes. In this plant science JAM, you will use food dye to change white carnation flowers to colorful creations and along the way learn about plants and how they use water.
Registration opens at 10:00 on March 3rd
