Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket.

We will be offering:
Animal Presentations in our Discovery Room, see https://www.visitthemap.org/animal-encounters for times and animals
Scavenger Hunt worksheets for families to work on together in our Great Hall, get yours at our Welcome Desk
Wetland Trail tours outside in our Wetlands area, starting at 11:00 am and going throughout the day
