Dinosaur Bones Storytime with The Ceramic Cafe
Join us for a roaring good time at the Museum at Prairiefire, located at 5801 W. 135th Street! We're throwing a dino-mite Story Time Event where you can soak in a tale of prehistoric wonder, unleash your inner artist with some ceramic painting, and munch on delicious snacks. Plus, we've got dino-themed plates for your favorite sweet treats at home!
Curious about how archaeologists uncover the secrets of ancient civilizations through pottery? We've got the scoop! You'll also hear all about the magical transformation of glaze from wobbly paint to chalky goodness, and finally, to a dazzling shine when it comes out of a fiery kiln.
Don't forget to swing by Ceramic Cafe at 9510 Nall Ave, Overland Park, to pick up your masterpiece about ten days later. Remember, there's no age limit on dino fans—everyone's invited to join the fun!
